Pay Attention: You Need to FEEL Good Now!

The uncertainty of the economy has a lot of people feeling more on-edge than usual. Even if you don't think you're stressed out, you could still be feeling nervous or scattered just by absorbing the vibes of the worried souls around you.

This is a good time to be reminded that
we are each responsible for the way we feel. Regardless of outside conditions, it's up to YOU (and me) to go inside of ourselves to find thoughts and emotions that make us feel GOOD.

It's important to feel good because we are the writer/director/producer of our life. What you see is what you get. Eckhart Tolle wrote of this in A New Earth. And Esther Hicks delivers this message through her channeling of "Abraham," a collective group of souls who offer well-being tips and guidance.

As Abraham says,
"What you are thinking and feeling and what you are manifesting are always a vibrational match." This is why it's critical for each of us to feel as good we can everyday, especially during 'stressful' times.

Here are some "Feel Good Now" tips from Abraham:

1. Check in with yourself throughout the day to notice how you're feeling. Ask yourself, "What can I do to feel better NOW?"

2. Once you've taken your 'vibrational temperature,' ask yourself, 'what is the best feeling I can grasp under these conditions? (if you can go from 'frustration' to 'hopefulness' you'll be movin' on up the 'emotional guidance scale').

3. Promise yourself that you will remember to check in with how you feel every day, and be mindful of feeling as good as you can. This will enable you to receive all of the good things you are wishing for in life.
